This site was made by webmd.com. This site is credible to my topic because it defines alcohol abuse and alcohol dependence. It also says that when you begin to abuse alcohol you become alcohol dependent. So this site has helped me dramatically.

This website; created by drugfree.org is an organization. On this website, alcohol has been explained thoroughly about what it is and how it affects the body.

Alcohol is basically a depressant on the brain. This web page shows and explains how alcohol can damage or effect the brain over time. Alcohol abuse leads to numerous problems and should be avoided.

The first step to getting off alcohol is explained thoroughly on this website. Its called detoxification. The symptoms of this including how you will feel and how long it could possibly take are presented also. This is a great source because I want to include ways to get off my alcohol to anyone who needs help.
